摘要
LNG储罐是天然气储存的主要设施,随着中国LNG储罐技术的发展,相关设计技术也取得了重要突破。文章总结了LNG储罐设计过程中主要的计算瓶颈难题,详细阐述了如何基于有限元数值方法解决LNG储罐设计计算中关键的难题,系统论述了LNG温度场计算、火灾极端载荷工况下LNG储罐热力耦合计算、LNG储罐关键附件应力计算分析和LNG储罐焊缝关键位置疲劳强度计算4个关键技术。
LNG storage tank is the main facility for natural gas storage.With the development of LNG storage tank technology in China,the relevant design technology has also made an important breakthrough.The main calculation bottleneck problems in the design process of LNG storage tank was summarized.How the finite element numerical method was employed in solving the key problems in the design and calculation of LNG storage tanks was elaborated.Four key technologies were systematically discussed:the calculation technic of LNG temperature field,the thermal coupling analysis of LNG storage tank stress states under extreme fire load conditions,thestress analysis of key accessories of LNG storage tank and the calculation of fatigue strength at key positions of LNG storage tank welds.
