Strengthen the Safety Awareness of all Enterprises to Enhance the Safety Production Capacity

由于化工生产具有较高的危险性,化工企业安全生产受到社会各界的高度关注。在化工企业生产过程中,要想提升生产有效性、安全性,强化员工的安全生产意识十分关键。意识是行为的反映,意识对行为具有指导作用,只有强化意识,才能纠正不规范的生产行为。基于此,文章从安全意识和安全生产的关系入手,分析了强化员工安全意识的重要性,进而提出强化员工安全意识,优化安全生产的策略。

Due to the high risk of chemical production,the safety production of chemical enterprises has attracted great attention from all walks of life.In the production process of chemical enterprises,it is very important to strengthen employees’awareness of safe production in order to improve production effectiveness and safety.Consciousness is the reflection of behavior,and plays a guiding role in behavior.Strengthening consciousness can correct irregular production behavior.Based on this,starting with the relationship between safety awareness and safety production,this paper analyzes the importance of strengthening employees’safety awareness,and then puts forward the strategies of strengthening employees’safety awareness and optimizing safety production.
