摘要
拖航作业是海洋石油开发重大高风险作业之一,随着渤海油田勘探开发力度不断增大,钻井平台年度拖航次数大幅度攀升,工程技术领域夯实安全管理尤为重要。针对钻井平台拖航与就位作业风险,结合风险量化LC评价法,制定单一和多因素复合影响下的风险量化评分方法。利用Excel专业软件,建立钻井平台、拖轮和拖航负责人三个智能化数据库,编写智能逻辑语言,开发钻井平台拖航与就位智能风险评估工具。管理者仅需填写基本信息,便可实现风险自动量化评级,大幅提升工作效率和质量,减少人为因素不确定性。
Rig towing is one of the major and high-risk operations in offshore oil development.With the continuous increase of exploration and development activities in Bohai oil field,the number of annual rig towing has increased significantly,so it is particularly important to consolidate safety management in drilling industry.According to the risk of rig towing and rig positioning operation,combined with the risk quantification LC evaluation method,the risk quantification scoring method under the influence of single and multiple factors is developed.Using professional excel software,three intelligent databases of rig,towing vessel and towing master are established,intelligent logic language is compiled,and intelligent risk assessment tool for rig towing and rig positioning are developed.Managers are required to fill in basic information only to achieve automatic risk quantitative rating,the great improvement can be made for both work efficiency and quality in order to reduce the uncertainty of human factors.
