摘要
文章重点对采用林德工艺低温甲醇洗的热再生第三甲醇换热器腐蚀原因进行研究,这台设备在林德工艺中普遍存在腐蚀现象。文章通过从材料分析、宏观判断、微观组织识别、腐蚀物成分识别入手,通过分析介质与材料反应生成物推断腐蚀原因。
This paper focuses on the study of the corrosion causes of the third methanol heat exchanger of thermal regeneration using in Linde process low-temperature methanol washing.It is common failure of this equipment due to corrosion.This paper starts with material analysis,macro judgment,micro structure identification and corrosion product identification,and finally conclude with the corrosion mechanism as the reaction products between medium and material.
