摘要
在分析弹性胶泥缓冲器原理的基础上,研究了缓冲器的刚度特性。研究发现缓冲器的弹性力主要取决于弹性胶泥的特性,并通过试验得出了胶泥压强和体积压缩率的关系曲线;通过多项式拟合,推导出了缓冲器弹性力的计算公式,并与缓冲器静压试验进行了对比,为弹性胶泥缓冲器的研制提供了理论支撑。
Based on the analysis of the principle of elastic polymer draft gear,the stiffness characteristics of the draft gear were studied.The elastic force of the draft gear was mainly depended on the characteristics of the elastic polymer,and the relationship curve between the elastic pressure and the volume compressibility of the polymer was obtained through the experiment;through polynomial fitting,the calculation formula of the elastic force of the draft gear was derived,and compared with the static pressure test of the draft gear,which provides theoretical support for the development of the elastic polymer draft gear.
