摘要
针对传输带在潮湿环境中由于传输带与台面板的“吸附”作用容易造成电机过载而发生传输失效的问题,提出了通过减少“吸附”面积来控制“吸附力”的方案。通过有限元分析和试验测试的方法,讨论了台面板开孔形式对受载后结构的强度、变形以及整体变形的影响,找到了传输带与台面板之间的“吸附力”随着传输速度的提高而增加的规律,得到用“凸起”台面传输物品对消除传输带和台面板之间因潮湿产生的“吸附力”效果明显的结论。
In humid environment,because of the“adsorption”effect between the conveyor belt and the table panel,motor is easily to be overload and cause transmission failure.This paper proposed the idea of controlling“adsorption force”by reducing“adsorption”area between the belt and table panel.By means of finite element analysis and experimental testing,the influence of the opening form of the table panel on the strength,deformation and overall deformation of the structure under load is discussed.The law that the“adsorption force”between the conveyor belt and the table panel increases with the increase of the conveying speed is found.It is concluded that the use of“raised”table tops to transport items has an obvious effect on eliminating the“adsorption force”caused by moisture between the conveyor belt and the table panel.
