斜盘式柱塞泵柱塞副最佳间隙值的计算与仿真

摘要 通过公式推导得到柱塞副最佳间隙值的理论计算公式,并应用Simulink仿真软件搭建了柱塞副最佳间隙值的仿真模型。在此基础上,分析影响柱塞副最佳间隙值取值的因素,并将分析结果应用到产品中进行试验考核,验证了分析结果的正确性。应用以上设计方法对8种型号产品进行计算复核,从而为柱塞副最佳间隙值的设计提供一定参考。 The theoretical calculation formulas of optimal clearance value for plunger pair is derived through the formula,and a simulation model to obtain optimal clearance value for plunger pair is built by using Simulink simulation software.On this basis,the factors affecting the value for the optimal clearance of the plunger pair are analyzed,which are applied to the products for experimental examination to confirm the correctness of the optimal clearance for the plunger pair.The above design method is applied to calculate and review 8 types of products,which provides a certain reference for the design of the optimal clearance value for the plunger pair.
