摘要
建立了某多孔结构金刚石圆锯片的有限元模型。通过调整金刚石圆锯片径向多孔的数量及孔径的大小,利用有限元分析软件对不同参数的圆锯片进行了模态分析,并分析对比了孔数及孔径大小对金刚石圆锯片的影响。研究表明:孔径及孔数的增加在一定范围内可以降低圆锯片工作的振动。该研究为圆锯片结构系统的振动特性分析、振动故障诊断和预报以及结构动力特性的优化设计提供了依据。
A finite element model of a diamond circular saw blade with a porous structure is established.By adjusting the number of radial holes and the size of the hole diameter of the diamond circular saw blade,and using the finite element analysis software to carry out modal analysis on the circular saw blade with different parameters,the influence of the number of holes and the size of the hole diameter on the diamond circular saw blade is analyzed and compared.Studies have shown that the increase of the aperture and the number of holes can reduce the vibration of the circular saw blade within a certain range.The research provides the basis for the analysis of the vibration characteristics of the circular saw blade's structural system,the diagnosis and prediction of vibration faults,and the optimal design of the dynamic characteristics of the structure.
