摘要 针对现有的酒液异物检测技术无法满足白酒实际生产过程中的需求,设计了一种以机器视觉技术为基础的酒液异物检测设备,并进行了试验检测与数据分析。检测结果表明:本装置不合格品检测率高达99.55%,酒瓶内部异物检测精确度高,保障了酒品质量和消费者的身体健康。 The existing liquor foreign body detection technology cannot meet the needs of the actual production process of liquor,a wine foreign body detection device based on machine vision technology was designed in this paper,and experimental verification and data analysis were carried out.The test results show that the detection rate of unqualified products of this device is as high as 99.55%,and the detection accuracy of foreign objects inside the wine bottle is high,which ensures the quality of liquor products and the health of consumers.
