摘要
介绍了一种无源复合材料修复加压装置,给出了加压装置设计和实现方案。加压装置通过吸盘固定在加压表面上,推动支撑工作压板向表面加压并自锁。整个加压装置易于操作,便于携带,不受电、气资源限制,并可以对垂直表面或下表面等特殊曲面进行加压,非常适合应急情况下的航空器复合材料修复使用。
In this paper,a pressurization device for passive composite material repair is introduced,and the scheme of design and implementation of the device are given.The device is fixed on the pressure surface by a suction cup,which pushes the supporting working pressure plate,pressurizes the surface and locks itself.The whole device is easy to operate,easy to carry,not limited by electricity and gas resources,and can pressurize the special curved surface such as the vertical surface or the lower surface.It is very suitable for the repair of aircraft composite materials in emergency situations.
