摘要
叙述了风电齿轮箱氮化内齿圈的加工工艺。对齿圈去应力退火前后进行磨齿机余量分配,检测齿部变形情况,为优化内齿圈的加工工艺提供数据支持。通过分析数据,优化了内齿圈的加工工艺,并将该工艺成功应用于实际生产中。
In this paper,it describes processing technology of nitriding internal ring gear.By distributing the allowance of ring gear in gear grinding machine before and after the stress relief annealing and detecting tooth deformation,this provides data support to optimize processing technology of the ring gear.By the analysis of datas,the reasonable processing technology is proposed and applicated in the actual production.
