摘要
针对P355GH正火钢大厚度封头热成型后材料力学性能降低,不满足封头制造技术要求的问题,进行了恢复材料力学性能的后续热处理试验及研究。P355GH大厚度封头热成型后,采用正火+回火热处理工艺进行后续热处理,力学性能恢复不理想;采用水冷淬火+回火热处理工艺进行后续热处理,组织性能显著改善,不仅符合材料标准要求,而且具有相当的安全裕度,能够保证使用性能。
The mechanical properties of the P355GH normalized steel large-thickness head are reduced after thermal formation,which does not meet the technical requirements of head manufacturing.In this paper,the follow-up heat treatment test and research to restore the mechanical properties of the material are carried out.After the P355GH large-thickness head is thermoformed,the normalizing tempering heat treatment process is used for subsequent heat treatment,and the mechanical properties recovery is not ideal;using the heat treatment process of water-cooling quenching and tempering,the structure and properties are significantly improved,which not only meets the requirements of material standards,but also has a considerable safety margin,which can ensure the performance.
