封闭式盒形结构梁焊接工艺设计研究

摘要 封闭式盒形结构梁广泛应用于航天地面设备,通过盒形结构梁组合而成的整体封闭式焊接框架结构具有承载能力大、防腐性能好的特点。经过对盒形结构的分析,从改进其主要的焊接接头形式和工艺方法入手,通过一系列的焊接试验,掌握了混合气体保护焊中厚板对接焊接技术和封闭式盒形结构的焊接关键技术,有效地解决了封闭式结构焊接成型困难的问题,提升了盒形结构梁的焊接质量。 Closed box-shaped structural beams are widely used in aerospace ground equipment.The integral closed-welded frame structure formed by the combination of box-shaped structural beams has the characteristics of large load-bearing capacity and good anti-corrosion performance.After analyzing the box structure,starting with the improvement of its main welding joint form and process method,through a series of welding experiments,we have mastered the butt welding technology of mixed gas shielded medium and thick plates and the key technology of closed box structure welding.This effectively solves the problem of difficult welding and forming of closed structures,and improves the welding quality of box-shaped structural beams.
