Research on Machining Method of Helical Water Line Milling

螺旋式水纹线能够有效提高法兰面的密封能力,被广泛应用于各类法兰面的密封。主要研究了数控落地镗铣床铣削螺旋水纹线的加工方法及应用于西门子数控系统的螺旋水纹线铣削编程方法,为螺旋水纹线的加工提供了实践经验。

Spiral water lines can effectively improve the sealing capacity of flange,to be widly used in all kinds of flange.This paper mainly research the milling process of spiral water lines on HBM and programming method for spiral water lines in Siemens numerical control system,to provide the practical experience for milling processing of spiral water lines.
