摘要
针对数控机床直线导轨的几何精度检测,提出一种基于图像传感器识别像素位置变化以测量几何精度误差的方法。激光发射器发出水平圆形激光线并成像于智能相机的图像传感器上,智能相机自动计算出圆形光斑的圆心相对于图像传感器中心坐标点的像素坐标,并将此像素坐标无线传至计算机端,计算机端通过编程的图像界面接收智能相机的像素坐标,将像素坐标换算为实际的导轨位置并准确计算出数控机床导轨的几何精度。该检测方法简单,精度高,提高了测量效率并降低了设备成本。
In order to measurement of geometric error of CNC machine tool guideways,a method is proposed to measure geometric error based on the image sensor to recognize changing pixels.The laser transmitter emitted a horizontal circular laser line and formed an image on the image sensor in the smart camera.The smart camera automatically calculated the pixel coordinates of the center of the circular spot relative to the center coordinates of the image sensor,and transmitted the pixel coordinates to the computer wirelessly.The pixel coordinates were received in the programmed image interface,and then converted to the actual guideways coordinates.Finally,precision of linear guideways was accurately calculated.The concise measurement method is not only simple,but also highly in accuracy,which improves measurement efficiency and reduces equipment costs.
