摘要
为了保证航空发动机齿轮箱能够正常高效地运行,需对齿轮箱中的齿轮、轴承等转动零部件进行润滑冷却。阐述了喷射润滑用喷嘴的精确控制技术,着重对喷射点远、有较高精度要求的喷嘴进行了计算分析。首先根据计算的滑油需求量及流量分配方案确定初步的喷嘴设计,进而利用三维坐标转换方法及MATLAB软件对喷孔打靶位置进行精确的分析,并采用CFD对油流进行进一步仿真分析,最后根据设计方案生产相应试验件进行打靶试验。经试验验证,该方法可靠、有效,为后续航空发动机齿轮箱冷却润滑设计奠定了基础。
In order to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the aero-engine gearbox,it is necessary to lubricate and cool the rotating parts such as gears and bearings in the gearbox.The precise control technology of jet lubrication nozzle is expounded,and the calculation and analysis of the nozzle with far jet point and high precision requirements is carried out.First,the preliminary nozzle design is determined according to the calculated oil demand and flow distribution scheme.Then,the three-dimensional coordinate conversion method and MATLAB software are used to accurately analyze the nozzle hole shooting position,and CFD is used to further simulate and analyze the oil flow.Finally,the corresponding test pieces are produced according to the design plan for the target test.It has been verified by experiments that the method is reliable and effective,which lays the foundation for the subsequent cooling and lubrication design of aero-engine gearboxes.
