摘要
对工程机械中液压系统与动力源的功率和扭矩匹配进行了研究。根据液压泵的结构特性分析了功率控制的基本原理,研究了变量泵的机械恒扭矩控制规律及其与发动机特性的匹配要求,并进一步研究了电控恒功率的原理、特性和优势。分析了定量泵系统和多泵组合系统的功率控制方案,使工程机械的动力性能达到最佳匹配,提高了整机效率。
This paper mainly studies the power and torque matching between hydraulic system and power in construction machinery,analyzes the basic principle of power control according to the structural characteristics of hydraulic pump,studies the mechanical constant torque control law of variable displacement pump and its matching requirements with engine characteristics,and further studies the principle,characteristics and advantages of electrical constant power,studies the power control schemes of fixed displacement pump system and multi-pump combined system,makes the dynamic performance of construction machinery reach the best match and improves the efficiency of the whole machine.
