摘要
矿井掘进机的工作环境具有高温、高压、强电磁干扰等特点,对掘进机控制系统的稳定运行产生严重影响。为提高掘进机的生产效率、智能化水平及掘进作业的安全性,设计了一种以S7-200 PLC为核心控制器的掘进机智能控制系统,可完成对掘进机的远程逻辑控制及工作状态参数检测控制等功能。经实际运行测试,该系统运行稳定、功能丰富,可实现掘进机的远程智能控制。
The working environment of mine roadheader has the characteristics of high temperature,high pressure and strong electromagnetic interference,which has a serious impact on the stable operation of the roadheader control system.In order to improve the production efficiency,intelligent level and safety of roadheader,this paper designs an intelligent control system of roadheader based on S7-200 PLC,which can realize remote logic control and real-time monitoring of operation parameters of roadheader.Through the actual operation test,the system runs stably,has rich functions,and can realize the remote intelligent control of roadheader.
