摘要
针对传统煤矿电力监控系统通讯网络性能较差、无法实现准确故障定位及报警、不具备数据交互功能等问题,结合分布式网络及GPS授时技术设计了一套基于工业以太网及RS485总线架构的煤矿电力监控系统,可实现对井下供电网络及设备的远程监控、故障定位报警及各类开关保护动作的远程操作,从而实现井下供配电的无人值守,有效降低煤矿电网事故发生率,提高井下电网的供电质量及可靠性。
The traditional coal mine power monitoring system has problems such as poor communication network performance,inability to achieve accurate fault location and alarm,and no data interaction function.Combined with distributed network and GPS timing technology,a coal mine power monitoring system based on industrial Ethernet and RS485 bus architecture is designed.The system can realize remote monitoring of underground power supply network and equipment,fault location alarm and remote operation of various switch protection actions,so as to realize unattended underground power supply and distribution.It can effectively reduce the accident rate of coal mine power grid and improve the power supply quality and reliability of underground power grid.
