The characteristics of common faults of hydraulic system are introduced,the method of judging faults by sensory method is briefly described,and preventive measures are proposed.Finally,taking the bridge hydraulic fault analysis process of a kerosene gas phase drying tank as an example,the fault phenomena of the oil cylinder,throttle valve,gear pump and other faults in the hydraulic system are analyzed,and the analysis and maintenance methods of common faults in the hydraulic system are given.
