摘要
在对唐钢中厚板精整车间产线优化研究的基础上,提出在滚切式双边剪磁力对中装置前增设预对中装置。预对中装置的核心部件是打正小车与抬升梁,通过抬升梁将钢板抬起,由打正小车完成钢板校正的动作,缩短滚切式双边剪磁力对中装置对中钢板时间,提升剪切速度及产线产能。
Based on the study of production line optimization in medium and heavy plate finishing workshop of Tang Steel,a new pre-centering device was proposed before the roller cutting bilateral shear magnetic alignment device.The core components of the alignment device are propelling trolley and the lifting beam.The lifting beam lifts the steel plate,and the propelling trolley completes the action of the steel plate effect,shortens the time of the steel plate of the bilateral shear magnetic centering device,and improves the shear rate and the production line capacity.
