综采工作面带式输送机清煤装置设计应用 被引量:5

摘要 王家岭煤矿12316综放工作面在回采过程中带式输送机出现拉回头煤现象,导致输送机跑偏、断带等故障,降低了带式输送机运行稳定性,增加了输送机故障率,严重制约着工作面安全高效回采。针对这一问题,综采一队通过技术研究,对工作面回采前期带式输送机主要存在的问题进行分析,并给带式输送机机头、机尾分别安装了液压清煤装置。通过实际应用效果来看,带式输送机安装液压清煤装置后,解决了输送机拉回头煤现象,输送机断带、跑偏事故率降低了71%,取得了显著的应用成效。 During the mining process of the 12316 fully mechanized caving face of Wangjialing Coal Mine,the belt conveyor appeared to pull back the coal,which caused the conveyor to deviate and break the belt.It reduces the operation stability of the belt conveyor and increases the failure rate of the conveyor,which seriously restricts the safe and efficient mining of the working face.In this regard,the first fully mechanized mining team analyzed the main problems of the belt conveyor in the early stage of mining through technical research,and installed hydraulic coal cleaning devices at the head and tail of the belt conveyor.From the practical application effect,after installing the hydraulic coal cleaning device on the belt conveyor,the phenomenon that the conveyor pulls back the coal is solved,and the accident rate of belt breakage and deviation of the conveyor is reduced by 71%,and remarkable application results have been achieved.
