摘要
多孔介质燃烧(Porous Media Combustion,PMC)是一种具有显著燃烧优势和广泛应用前景的新型燃烧技术。首先,扼要介绍了多孔介质燃烧在其他领域的研究应用,着重阐述多孔介质燃烧技术在民用燃气灶具上的研究现状和进展;然后,选取燃烧温度、污染物排放及热效率的研究结果进行对比分析,结果表明,现有燃气灶具表面温度可高达950~1250℃,CO排放普遍低于100.00 mg/Nm^(3),NO_(x)排放低于50.00 mg/Nm^(3),热效率高达70.0%~75.1%;最后,提出PMC技术在燃气灶具结构、材料、适应性等方面的改进建议。
Porous Media Combustion(Porous Media Combustion,PMC)is a novel combustion technology with various advantages and wide applications.It firstly surveys its recent applications and focuses on the development of its technology on civil gas stoves by analyzing its combustion temperature profiles、emissions、and thermal efficiency.Further comparisons between different researchers are made to get an insight into its combustion performance.The comparison results show that the maximum surface temperature of the porous media gas stove could reach above 950~1250℃,and the temperature difference between the axial and surface direction is no more than 70℃.Its CO and NO_(x) emissions are usually below 100 mg/Nm^(3) and 50 mg/Nm^(3),respectively.While its thermal efficiency is much higher than the traditional stove and thermal efficiency can be enhanced to 70.0%~75.1%.Furthermore,there still are various changes that the porous media gas stove needs to improve on its structure,materials and adaptability.
