摘要
丝素蛋白具有良好的生物相容性、可控的生物降解速率、高药物渗透性、低免疫原性、降解产物无毒等特点,是一种良好的生物材料原料。本文以丝素蛋白为核心,从丝素蛋白的结构特性入手,汇总其提取、溶解工艺进展。在此基础上,根据骨修复过程中不同目的和需求,分类汇总了丝素蛋白以载药微球、水凝胶、薄膜、多孔支架等不同结构形式在骨组织工程领域的研究现状,最后对丝素蛋白材料目前发展的局限性和未来的发展趋势进行展望。
Silk fibroin,a fine biomaterial,is characterized by good biocompatibility,controllable biodegradation rate,high drug permeability,low immunogenicity and non-toxic degradation.This paper mainly talks about its structural characteristics and summarizes its progress of extraction and dissolution.Then,according to various purposes and requirements in the process of bone repair,the research status of different forms of silk fibroin in bone tissue engineering is summarized,including drug-loaded microspheres,hydrogels,films and porous scaffolds and so on.Finally,the limitation of current development and the future trend of silk fibroin are prospected.
