摘要
甘肃省昌马灌区地处昌马洪积扇扇缘,地下水经洪积扇到达灌区后,造成土壤中含有大量SO_(4)^(2-)、Cl^(-),对混凝土和混凝土中的钢筋造成了严重腐蚀,如对新建渠道不进行防腐处理,将使渠道使用年限大幅降低,造成巨大经济损失。文章研究与应用了防腐阻锈外加剂水性和厚质弹性防腐涂料技术,解决了混凝土渠道和钢筋混凝土渠道内外质量受SO_(4)^(2-)、Cl^(-)的破坏问题,大幅提升了工程质量和使用年限,可供其他类似灌区推广借鉴。
Gansu Changma Irrigation Area is located in the edge of Changma Diluvial Fan.After the groundwater reaches the irrigation area through the diluvial fan,the soil contains a lot of SO_(4)^(2-)and Cl^(-)as a result,thereby causing severe corrosion on concrete and reinforcing steel bars in concrete.If the new-constructed channels are not treated with anti-corrosion treatment,the service life of the channels will be greatly reduced,thereby causing huge economic losses.The anticorrosive rust-resistant additive water-based and thick elastic anticorrosive coating technology is studied and applied in the paper.The damage problems of internal and external quality of concrete channels and reinforced concrete channels by SO_(4)^(2-)and Cl^(-)are solved,thereby greatly improving the project quality and service life,which can be used for reference by other similar irrigation areas.
