摘要
随着大规模、大容量的波动性新能源发电机组并网和高比例电力电子控制设备的投入,电网保持安全、稳定的运行状态更加困难,电网的安全稳定运行受到广泛关注。针对此问题,文章提出了一种基于逻辑运算的新能源电网安稳控制策略及其可用于控制设备的标准化描述方法。首先,通过分析新能源出力波动等因素使得电网发生运行扰动或故障时电网发电机组运行状态的变化,建立了电网运行状态演化模型;然后,以电网运行状态参数所处空间位置与其安稳运行所允许边界间距离的大小为判断标准,建立了新能源电网安稳控制启动判据,并建立了以控制成本最优为目标的电网安稳优化控制模型;采用逻辑运算法,对不同运行状态下的电网安稳控制策略进行描述,建立了可用于控制设备的安稳控制策略表;以某地区电网数据为基础,搭建仿真算例进行分析。仿真结果表明,文章所提出的新能源电网安全稳定控制策略,可以提高电网安全稳定控制策略的制定和校核效率,有利于保证新能源电网的安全稳定运行。
With the integration of large-scale and large-capacity new energy generation units and the investment of high proportion power electronic control equipment,it is more difficult for grid to maintain safe and stable operation,which affects the safe and stable operation of power grid.Based on this problem,this paper proposes a new energy grid stability control strategy based on logical operation and its standardized description method for control equipment.Firstly,the evolution model of the grid operation state is established by analyzing the operation state of the original generation units in the grid when the grid operation is disturbed or faulted by the influencing factors such as the fluctuation output of new energy sources.Then,the distance between the spatial location of the grid operating parameters and the boundary allowed for stable operation is used as the judgment criterion to establish the new energy grid stability control startup criterion,and a grid stability optimization control model with the objective of optimal control cost is established.Secondly,the logic operation algorithm is used to describe the stability control strategy of power grid under different operating conditions,and the stability control strategy table for control equipment is established.Finally,based on the power grid data of a certain region,a simulation example is built for analysis.The simulation results show that the new energy grid security and stability control strategy can improve the formulation and verification efficiency of the grid security and stability control strategy,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the new energy grid.
