西安咸阳国际机场污水厂的提标改造设计 被引量:1

摘要 西安咸阳国际机场污水厂的处理规模为1.0万m^(3)/d,现出水水质需由GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级A标准提标至地表水准IV类水质标准。因此,针对本工程在施工时不停水及施工周期短的特点,在分析提标改造前污水厂的运行状况的基础上,选取“现状CAST反应池+高效沉淀池+反硝化深床滤池”的工艺流程,对现状的CAST反应池进行改造,使得出水水质达到西安市地表水准IV类水质标准。文章主要介绍改造前后污水厂的工艺流程、主要设计单元参数,以及改造后的运行情况,为其他类似工程做参考。 The treatment scale of the sewage treatment plant of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport is 10000 m^(3)/d,and the effluent quality is subject to the"Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002)".The first class A standard is raised to the surface level IV water quality standard.Therefore,in view of the characteristics of non-stop water during construction and short construction period of this project,on the basis of analyzing the operation status of the sewage treatment plant before bid raising and transformation,the technological process of"current CAST reaction tank+high efficiency sedimentation tank+denitrification deep bed filter"is selected to transform the current CAST reaction tank,so that the effluent quality can meet the surface IV-type water quality standard of Xi'an.This paper mainly introduces the technological process,the main design unit parameters and the operation of the sewage treatment plant before and after the transformation,which can be used as a reference for other similar projects.
