摘要
冷冻式干燥机作为一种重要保鲜控温的空气压缩冷却干燥处理设备,常用于医学、生物、化学等系统中,依靠制冷剂与压缩空气之间的热交换,降低空气中的水分含量和热量。但目前,冷冻式干燥机仍旧存在一定的问题,包括压缩空气在流动过程中的换热效率不足,以及存在较多的温控不到位问题等,对于冷冻式干燥机工作效率的优化控制难以实现。基于此,文章从作业原理和系统组成方面对冷冻式干燥机进行阐述,分析冷干机设计依据,并提出冷干机内部安装控制思路。
As an important air compression cooling and drying equipment for fresh-keeping and temperature control,frozen dryer is often used in medical,biological,chemical and other systems,relying on the heat exchange between refrigerant and compressed air to reduce the water content and heat in the air.But at present,there are still some problems in the frozen dryer,including the lack of heat transfer efficiency of compressed air in the flow process,and there are many problems of temperature control,so it is difficult to optimize the working efficiency of the frozen dryer.Based on this,this paper expounds the frozen dryer from the aspects of working principle and system composition,analyzes the design basis of the cold dryer,and puts forward the idea of internal installation and control of the cold dryer.
