摘要
为响应福建省住房和城乡建设厅关于在城市供水行业推广使用次氯酸钠消毒剂的号召,福建省宁德市古田县自来水厂采用电解食盐法现场制备次氯酸钠消毒方式替代原有液氯消毒方式,文章从次氯酸钠消毒原理、消毒方式比较、次氯酸钠发生器现场制备系统工作原理、工艺流程以及宁德市古田县自来水厂消毒系统改造过程中的设计参数及主要设施等方面进行阐述与探讨,对后续类似项目具有一定的借鉴意义。
In response to the call of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction of Fujian Province to promote the use of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant in the urban water supply industry,the waterworks of Gutian County,Ningde City in Fujian Province,adopted electrolytic salt on-site preparation of sodium hypochlorite disinfection instead of the original liquid chlorine disinfection method.This paper expounds and discusses the disinfection principle of sodium hypochlorite,the comparison of disinfection methods,the working principle and technological process of the on-site preparation system of sodium hypochlorite generator,as well as the design parameters and main facilities in the transformation process of the disinfection system of waterworks in Gutian County,Ningde City,with certain reference significance for follow-up similar projects.
