摘要
文章介绍采用标准寿命表法进行装备电子部件贮存可靠性统计,按照指数分布或威布尔分布进行拟合,进行线性相关系数的计算,开展拟合优度检验和异常值检验等工作,确定产品寿命分布函数,进而预测产品未来的贮存可靠度和可靠贮存寿命的方法。
This paper introduces the standard life table method for storage reliability statistics of equipment electronic components,implements the fitting according to exponential distribution or Weibull distribution,calculates linear correlation coefficient,and carries out goodness-of-fit test and abnormal value test.Thus,the paper puts forward the methods of determining the product life distribution function and predicting the future storage reliability and reliable storage life of the product.
