甘肃省农业生产效率评价及促进对策研究

Study on the Evaluation and Promotion of Agricultural Production Efficiency in Gansu Province

农业作为一个国家的基础产业,研究农业生产效率是加快农业现代化、推动农业农村高质量发展的重要途径。本文基于2019年甘肃省14个市(州)的统计数据,运用数据包络分析(DEA)评价模型,对甘肃省农业生产效率进行分析研究。通过对甘肃省农业生产效率现状的分析找出影响生产效率的因素,并给出相关建议。研究表明,甘肃省农业综合效率不高,主要由于规模投入不当的原因而拉低了综合效率;同时地理环境,生产条件,经济发展水平和教育资源等条件的差异也会影响到农业综合效率。现阶段建议要加大农业发展空间,有效运用先进农业技术与方法,引入现代化生产要素投入,优化配置农业生产资源,发展地方特色农业等,提高农业生产效率。

As the basic industry of a country,the research on agricultural production efficiency is an intelligent way to accelerate agricultural modernization and enhance the high-quality advancement of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the statistical data of 14 cities(prefectures)in Gansu Province in 2019,this paper uses the data envelopment analysis(DEA)evaluation model to analyze the agricultural productiveness of Gansu Province.Through the analysis of the current situation of agricultural production efficiency in Gansu Province,this paper discovers the factors that affect the production efficiency,and gives relevant suggestions.The results indicate that,the integrated efficiency of agriculture in Gansu Province is not high,which is mainly due to the improper scale investment;at the same time,the differences of geographical environment,production conditions,economic development level and educational resources also affect the comprehensive efficiency of agriculture.At the present stage,it is suggested to increase the space for agricultural development,effectively use advanced agricultural technology and methods,introduce modern production factors,optimize the allocation of agricultural production resources,and develop local characteristic agriculture,so as to improve the efficiency of agricultural production.
