甘肃省乡村旅游与乡村振兴耦合协调发展研究

Research on Coupling and Coordinating Development of Rural Tourism and Rural Revitalization in Gansu Province

通过对甘肃省乡村旅游和乡村振兴之间的耦合关联分析,有利于加快乡村社会、经济和生态发展,低成本高质量地促进农村产业转型,对乡村振兴具有重要意义。立足省域尺度构建甘肃省乡村旅游与乡村振兴评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型、灰色关联矩阵模型对甘肃省2011—2019年两大系统之间的耦合协调关系及影响因素进行探究。结果表明,(1)2011—2019年甘肃省乡村旅游与乡村振兴综合发展水平整体呈上升趋势,甘肃省发展乡村旅游潜力大,应促进二者更好地融合发展,进而推动农村发展。(2)甘肃省乡村旅游与乡村振兴自2011年以后处于中度耦合水平,耦合协调度和综合发展指数整体呈上升趋势,在今后的发展中应加强注重各要素之间的协同发展。(3)就影响两系统发展的关键因素而言,在乡村旅游中旅客周转量对乡村振兴各项指标的平均关联度达0.9045,乡村振兴中农村居民人均可支配收入对乡村旅游各项指标的平均关联度达0.831,甘肃省乡村旅游和乡村振兴大部分指标具有较高关联。

Through the analysis of the coupling correlation between rural tourism and rural revitalization in Gansu Province,it is beneficial to accelerate rural socio-economic and ecological development,promote the transformation of rural industries with low cost and high quality,and is of great significance to rural revitalization.Based on the provincial scale,the evaluation index system of rural tourism and rural revitalization in Gansu Province was constructed,and the coupling coordination degree model grey correlation matrix model was used to explore the coupling coordination relationship and influencing factors between the two systems in Gansu Province from 2011 to 2019.The results show that,(1)from 2011 to 2019,the comprehensive development level of rural tourism and rural revitalization in Gansu Province is on the rise.Gansu Province has great potential to develop rural tourism,so it is necessary to promote the better integration of the two to promote rural development.(2)Rural tourism and rural revitalization in Gansu Province have been at a moderate coupling level since 2011,and the coupling coordination degree and comprehensive development index have been on the rise.In the future development,more attention should be paid to the synergistic development among various factors.(3)In terms of the key factors affecting the development of the two systems,passenger turnover in the rural tourism on rural revitalization of each index of 0.9045,the average correlation rural revitalization of rural residents per capita disposable income of rural tourism in each index of 0.831,the average correlation of gansu province rural tourism and rural revitalization of most indicators have high correlation.
