摘要
差序格局是中国传统社会的重要特征,它影响着在其中运行的各种要素组合。差序格局通过影响领导者价值观、领导者与组织成员的关系和领导者组织管理措施等行为影响组织的发展。可以从规章制度的建设与执行,领导者自身素质的提升和良性组织文化的建立三方面入手,建立完整的组织运行体系,以消除差序格局的负面影响。
Hierarchical philosophy is an important feature of Chinese traditional society,which affects the combination of various elements in it.It affects the development of the organization by influencing the leader’s values,the relationship between the leader and the organization members,and the leader’s organizational management measures.It is proposed to establish a complete organizational operation system from three aspects:the construction and implementation of rules and regulations,the improvement of leaders’own quality and the establishment of benign organizational culture to eliminate the negative impact.
