乡村振兴视域下失地农户返贫风险及对策研究--基于皖北平原H村的调查

On the Risk and Solutions of Landless Farmers Returning to Poverty From the Perspective of Rural Revitalization--Based on the Investigation of H Village in the North Anhui Plain

失地致贫是我国农村贫困的重要原因之一。文章以安徽北部失地致贫的H村为研究对象,借助实地调查数据,分析以失地为主要特征的农户脱贫因素,从内生能力、文化程度、政策补贴等方面对返贫风险点进行深度解析,并结合乡村振兴战略提出防止失地乡村返贫的对策。

Land loss is one of the important causes of rural poverty in China.This paper takes H Village,which is impoverished due to land loss in Northern Anhui,as the research object,with the help of field survey data,analyzes the factors that farmers get rid of poverty with land loss as the main characteristics,deeply analyzes the risk points of returning to poverty from the aspects of endogenous ability,education level and policy subsidies.The solutions are put forward considering the rural revitalization strategy.
