摘要
文章对我国高校推进“资助育人”工作落实的相关研究进行系统梳理,发现高校“资助育人”已经逐渐从重视防止因贫困造成失学、辍学的基本保障型资助向重视多途径促进学生全面发展的精准型资助转变,且基本形成了理清“资助育人”价值取向、审视和把握“资助育人”工作落实问题、突出“资助育人”特色实践的三维推进路径。未来的研究与实践应更加重视“资助育人”的人文关怀功能、动态性发展变化、协同多个利益相关者群体精准共建的发展对策。
This paper systematically reviews the relevant research on promoting the implementation of“subsidized education”in colleges and universities in China and finds that the main form of it has gradually changed from paying attention to the basic guarantee funding to prevent dropping out to the accurate funding to promote the all-round development of students in multiple ways.This has basically formed the problems of clarifying the value orientation of“subsidized education”,examining and grasping its implementation.The promoting strategies are highlighted with three-dimensions.Future research and practice should pay more attention to the humanistic care function of“supporting education”,dynamic development and change,and the development countermeasures of precise joint construction with multiple stakeholder groups.
