新时代高校学生会组织改革与发展对策研究--以安徽农业大学为例

Research on the Organizational Reform and Development of College Student Union in the New Era--A Case Study of Anhui Agricultural University

高校学生会是中国共产党领导下的学生组织,是高校联系广大青年学生的桥梁与纽带,在高校承担立德树人使命中具有重要作用。基于新时代高校学生会组织改革与发展面临的新挑战和机遇,文章以安徽农业大学为例,分析了学生会组织的改革现状和面临的困境,提出从职能定位、价值引领、协同渠道、作风建设等四个方面深化改革,切实增强学生会组织的政治性、先进性与群众性,充分发挥学生会组织在青年学生中的思想引领作用。

The student union of colleges and universities is a student organization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It is a bridge and link between the school and the majority of young students.It plays an important role in undertaking the mission of building morality and education.Based on the new challenges and opportunities faced by the reform and development of the student union in the new era,the article takes Anhui Agriculture University as an example to analyze the present situation and the difficulties faced by the student union organization.It also proposes deepening the reform from four aspects,namely,the functional orientation,value guidance,coordination channels,and style building,so as to enhance the political,advanced and mass organization of the student union,which tends to give full play to the ideological leading role of student union organizations in young students.
