摘要
针对超高层办公楼传统模板工程施工工期长、效率低的问题,以漳州市城投·碧湖城市广场工程为例,结合超高层办公楼结构特点,详细分析核心筒剪力墙采用铝模、梁板模板采用木模的铝木结合施工工艺的可行性。通过研究常规模板选型及铝木结合的技术难点,发明了新型铝木连接节点做法,解决了超高层铝木结合施工难题。该技术的应用节约了成本,缩短了工期,为超高层铝木结合施工提供了完善的施工技术。
Aiming at the problems of long construction period and low efficiency of traditional formwork engineering of super high-rise office building,taking the Zhangzhou City Chengtou and Bihu City Plaza project as an example,combined with the structural characteristics of super high-rise office building,the feasibility of aluminum-wood combination construction technology of core tube shear wall with aluminum formwork and beam plate formwork with wood formwork is analyzed in detail.By studying the technical difficulties of conventional formwork selection and aluminum-wood combination,a new method of aluminum-wood connection joint is invented,which solves the problems of super high-rise aluminum-wood combination construction.Because of the application of the technology,the cost is saved,the period is shortened,and the perfect construction technology is provided for the super high-rise aluminum wood combination construction.
