摘要
“尊师重教”尽管在我国绵延发展的历史长河中历经沉浮,在时代更迭与潮流的冲击中嬗变起落,但其作为历史沉淀中念兹在兹的思想文化,在古圣先贤的传授与影响下延续至今,且始终与国之兴亡、人之兴废、道之盛衰紧密相连。然而,近年来,在落后传统文化沿袭、西方思潮渗透以及教师权威衰弱背景下,“尊师重教”面临式微困境。要重塑“尊师重教”文明风尚,就要在重构其本质内涵基础上,营造良好的重塑氛围,增强全社会的责任与使命感,并强化教师魅力型权威。
As a traditional Chinese cultural quintessence,“Respect teachers and Education”has experienced ups and downs in the history and always linked the development of country,people and education.However,in recent years,it had to decline by the traditional culture,infiltration of western thoughts and the weak of teacher authority. In order to revive the “Respecting teachers and education”,it is necessary to reconstruct essential connotation,create a good revitalizing atmosphere,strengthen the sense of responsibility of the whole society and the personal-charmed authority of teachers.
