摘要
农村教育“内卷化”的逻辑前提是农村教育边际效益递减和农村教育发展路径锁定,造成“有增长无发展”的困境。然而,农村教育边际效益递减的提法混淆了教育投入的效益下降和效益递减的区别,忽视教育与社会流动之间的市场环节;农村教育发展路径锁定的提法未能理解教育离农是农村教育的内在动力,教育依赖是农村教育的文化底色。以农村教育“内卷化”解释农村教育问题,一方面不利于在人口流动背景下理解农村教育价值,可能造成教育价值误判;另一方面不利于在城乡一体化中理解乡土文化,可能造成传统文化教育式微。农村教育的困境仍在于发展不充分,需要在城乡一体化过程中继续坚持现代化发展路径。
The logical premise of “Involution”of rural education is that the marginal benefit of rural education decreases and the development path of rural education is locked,resulting in the dilemma of“growth without development”. However,the formulation of diminishing marginal benefits of rural education confuses the difference between the decline of benefits of government investment and the decline of marginal benefits,and ignores the market link between education and social mobility. At the same time,the formulation of rural education development path locking fails to understand that education away from agriculture is the internal driving force of rural education,and education dependence is the cultural background of rural education. “Involution”can not explain the problem of rural education. On the one hand,it is not conducive to understand the value of rural education in the context of population mobility,which may lead to misjudgment of value. On the other hand,it is not conducive to the understanding of local culture in urban-rural integration,which may lead to the decline of traditional culture education. The dilemma of rural education still lies in the insufficient development,which needs to continue the path of modernization in the process of urbanrural integration.
