乙烯裂解炉设备平面布置及管道设计

摘要 在某乙烯项目中,结合乙烯裂解炉单元多台裂解炉独立进行裂解反应的特点,对裂解炉单元的平面布置进行了调整:调整各系列炉子构架宽度与管廊跨距一致,使单系列管道布置可直接复制至其余系列;在裂解炉与管廊之间增加一跨构架,加大裂解炉构架空间,减轻管廊的构架功能;调整二级急冷器和三级急冷器的位置,使管道布置更合理。平面布置的调整提高了配管工作效率。 Combined with the characteristics of independent cracking reaction of multiple identical cracking furnaces in ethylene cracking furnace unit,the equipment layout of the ethylene cracking furnace unit was optimized in three aspects.Firstly,the structure width of each series of cracking furnace was adjusted to the length of the pipe rack,so that the piping layout of a single series can be copied directly to the other series.Secondly,an additional structure was added between the cracking furnace and the pipe rack to expand the space of cracking furnace structure and reduce the structure function of pipe rack.Thirdly,the positions of secondary quench exchanger and tertiary quench exchanger were changed to make the piping arrangement more reasonable.Through these optimizations of the equipment layout,the piping efficiency can be significantly improved.
