摘要
本文针对黑眼泉煤矿实施“110”工法切顶钻孔施工与生产运输存在的矛盾,自主研制LM-1型皮带巷移动钻车,实现了钻车骑跨皮带运输机进行切顶钻孔施工,完美解决了生产运输与切顶钻孔施工同步进行的难题,保障了回采工作正常进行,为相关生产施工提供了指导与参考。
In view of the contradiction between the“110”method of roof cutting drilling and the production and transportation in Heiyanquan Coal Mine,this paper independently develops the LM-1 type mobile drilling vehicle for belt roadway,and realizes the drilling vehicle riding across the belt conveyor for roof cutting and drilling,it solves the problem that the production and transportation are carried out at the same time as the top-cutting and drilling construction,and ensures the mining work to be carried out normally.
