摘要
连续介质力学理论中,发生变形时需要同时考虑变形体的平动变形和旋转变形,平动变形的测量已不是问题,然而现有的方法并不能很好的描述变形中的转动。为此开发了一套基于非接触测量方法的超弹性材料大变形测量设备,文章对装置进行了初步验证,以便进行后续试验。该方法通过测量得到的变形梯度基础上,进行极分解计算变形的应变等参数。
In continuum mechanics theory,translational deformation and rotation deformation of deformed body should be considered simultaneously when deformation occurs.The measurement of translational deformation is no longer a problem,but the existing methods can not describe the rotation in deformation well.Therefore,a set of measuring equipment for large deformation of hyperelastic materials based on non-contact measuring method is developed.Based on the measured deformation gradient,the deformation parameters such as strain are calculated by polar decomposition.
