俄标储量与SPE-PRMS储量对标分析

Comparative Study on Russia Standard Reserves and SPE-PRMS Reserves

分析了现行俄罗斯储量资源量分类标准与SPE–PRMS储量资源量分级分类标准,阐明了不同标准下储量资源量的分类依据和影响因素;系统梳理了两套标准的对应关系,按照规范理出了两套标准地质储量的定量对标关系,并提出了俄标A+B1级地质储量与SPE P50地质储量的数学对应关系,为实际应用中俄标地质储量的快速解读提供了参考依据;厘清了两套标准可采资源量分级分类依据的异同,分析了两者的定性关系,指出了俄标资料使用时可能存在的风险,对俄标资料的解读运用提出了建议,为“一带一路”发展战略下在俄罗斯地区开展油气领域合作提供了参考依据。

This paper briefly illustrates the current Russian reserves and resources classification standard and SPEPRMS reserves and resources classification standard,and clarifies the classification basis and influencing factors of reserves and resources under different standards.It systematically discusses the corresponding relationship of the two standards.Firstly,it concludes quantitative relations of original hydrocarbon in place under the two standards and indicates that Russian standard A+B1 OOIP tends to be 20%-36%smaller than SPE P50 OOIP.This conclusion provides a reference for the rapid interpretation of Russian standard OOIP.Secondly,this paper clarifies the similarities and differences between the two standards recoverable resources classification and categorization basis,and analyzes qualitative relations of the reserves and resources in the two standards.It points out possible risks of Russian standard reserves and puts forward suggestions on the interpretation and application of Russian standard resources data.It provides an important reference for developing oil and gas cooperation in the Russian region under the Belt and Road development strategy.
