摘要
在国务院国资委的倡导和推动下,各中央企业和地方国有重点企业开展了为期3年的对标世界一流管理提升行动。以中国石化为例,对于国有大型企业集团“专业化发展、市场化运作、国际化布局、一体化统筹”涉及的有关问题进行了研究,对其主要内容、运行中存在的突出矛盾和问题、建立若干运行机制等方面进行了分析和探讨,提出了相关措施和建议,旨在助力增强企业管理软实力与核心竞争力。
Under the advocacy and promotion of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council,the central enterprises and local key state-owned enterprises have launched a three-year benchmarking world-class management promotion campaign.Taking Sinopec as an example,this paper studies the problems related to"specialized development,market-oriented operation,international layout and integrated overall planning"of large state-owned enterprise groups,analyses and discusses their main contents,outstanding contradictions and problems in operation,and the establishment of several operational mechanisms,and puts forward relevant measures and suggestions.It aims to help enhancing the soft power and core competitiveness of enterprise management.
