以逆合成分析法为依据,归纳总结目前磺胺嘧啶的合成方法,阐明了各合成方法中存在的主要问题,并以安全性、环保性和经济性为评判标准,深入分析了各路线的产业化可行性,为后续设计出更加合理的工业化生产路线提供参考依据。

Based on the retrosynthetic analysis method,the current synthetic methods of sulfadiazine are summarized,and the main problems existing in each synthetic method are clarified,and the industrialization feasibility of each route is deeply analyzed with safety,environmental protection and economy as the evaluation criteria,which provides a reference for the subsequent design of a more reasonable industrialized production route.
