摘要
甲醇是我国重要的化工基础原料和燃料,传统的甲醇生产方法需消耗大量的化石资源。以二氧化碳为原料,并利用可再生能源电解水生成的氢气,通过催化反应合成甲醇,是一条实现碳循环可行的工艺路线。二氧化碳加氢合成甲醇工艺装置包含电解水制氢装置、二氧化碳捕集装置和甲醇合成装置,通过分析工艺装置主流技术和示范项目应用情况,为该工艺路线的产业化道路提供可行性发展建议。
Methanol is an important basic chemical raw material and fuel in China,and traditional methanol production methods consume a lot of fossil resources.Using carbon dioxide as raw material and hydrogen generated by electrolysis of water with renewable energy to synthesize methanol through catalytic reaction is a feasible process route to realize carbon cycle.The carbon dioxide hydrogenation to methanol process unit includes electrolyzed water hydrogen production unit,carbon dioxide capture unit and methanol synthesis unit.By analyzing the mainstream technology of the process unit and the application of demonstration projects,it provides feasible development suggestions for the industrialization of this process route.
