山西兰花新材料硫黄制酸尾气脱硫系统改造及环保开车实践

摘要 详细介绍了山西兰花新材料硫黄制酸装置尾气处理系统的改造情况、环保开车的操作方法和注意事项。该公司将氨法脱硫改造成二级双氧水脱硫,将原脱硫塔以空塔形式作为一级脱硫塔,新增填料塔作为二级脱硫塔,并在转化器四段进口和二级脱硫塔出口安装管道电加热器和电除雾器,通过对操作流程进行优化和精细控制,硫黄制酸系统实现了超低排放和环保开车,尾气SO_(2)实现了近零排放,且有效地消除了烟气拖尾现象,脱硫效果显著。 The renovation of the tail gas treatment system,the operation methods and precautions of environmental protection driving of the sulphuric acid plant of Shanxi Orchid New Materials are introduced in detail.The company transformed ammonia desulfurization into two-stage hydrogen peroxide desulfurization,used the original desulfurization tower as a first-stage desulfurization tower in the form of an empty tower,added a packed tower as a second-stage desulfurization tower,and install pipeline electric heater and electric mist eliminator at the inlet of the fourth stage of the converter and the outlet of the second stage desulfurization tower.Through the optimization and fine control of the operation process,the sulphuric acid system realizes ultra-low emission and environmentally friendly operation,the exhaust SO_(2) achieves near-zero emission,effectively eliminates the phenomenon of smoke tailing,and the desulfurization effect is remarkable.
