摘要
介绍了金隆铜业有限公司环集烟气处理工艺流程,分析了存在的问题及实现超低排放的难点,重点介绍了技术改造的方法、新工艺流程及实施效果。通过增加钠碱法脱硫保安塔和电除雾器,排放尾气中ρ(SO_(2))平均值从80 mg/m^(3)降至10 mg/m^(3)左右,颗粒物(ρ)从6~8 mg/m^(3)降至2 mg/m^(3)左右,满足了超低排放要求。
The treatment process of environment set smoke in Jinlong Copper Co.,Ltd.is introduced,the existing problems and the difficulties of realizing ultra-low emission are analyzed,and the method,new process flow of technical transformation and implementation effect are mainly introduced.By adding sodium alkali desulfurization safety tower and electric demister,the average mass concentration of SO_(2) in the exhaust gas is reduced from 80 mg/m^(3) to about 10 mg/m^(3),and the mass concentration of particulate matter is reduced from 6-8 mg/m^(3) to about 2 mg/m^(3),meeting the ultra-low emission requirements.
