摘要
针对冶炼烟气制酸系统净化污酸金含量较高的问题,某铜冶炼公司通过对净化污酸中金含量的影响因素进行分析,最终提出了从前端工序优化控制,降低净化污酸金含量的整体思路。通过对电除尘器的电场电源和阳极振打清灰效果进行优化、增加超温自动调节保护装置和电场排灰实时监控系统、增加收砷系统的运行时间,将烟气管路的电动蝶阀更换为新型电动盲板阀等措施的实施,有效减少了进入制酸系统净化工序的烟尘量,从而达到降低外排净化污酸金含量的目的,并取得了显著的经济效益。
Aiming at the problem of high gold content in waste acid from purification process of acid making system from smelting flue gas,the influencing factors of gold content in waste acid from purification process are analyzed by the copper smelting company,and the overall idea of optimizing control from the front-end process and reducing the gold content of purified waste acid are finally put forward.By optimizing the electric field power supply and anode rapping dust removal effect of the electrostatic precipitator,increasing the overtemperature automatic regulation protection device and the electric field ash discharge real-time monitoring system,increasing the operation time of the arsenic collection system,and replacing the electric butterfly valve of the flue gas pipeline with a new electric blind valve,the amount of smoke and dust entering the purification process of the acid making system is effectively reduced,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the content of waste acid gold discharged and purified,and remarkable economic benefits are achieved.
