硫酸储罐腐蚀穿孔原因分析及应对措施

摘要 针对在用硫酸储罐发生腐蚀泄漏的案例,结合硫酸腐蚀机理,从硫酸温度变化、流速,储罐液位波动以及差压式变送器吹气管冲刷罐壁等方面对硫酸储罐腐蚀穿孔原因进行分析,并对运行过程中出现的问题提出了应对措施,以有效控制储罐腐蚀速率,保证硫酸储罐安全长周期运行。 In view of the case of corrosion leakage of in-service sulphuric acid storage tank,combined with the sulphuric acid corrosion mechanism,the causes of corrosion perforation of sulphuric acid storage tank are analyzed from the aspects of sulphuric acid temperature change,flow rate,liquid level fluctuation of storage tank and flushing of tank wall by blowing pipe of differential pressure transmitter,and countermeasures are put forward for the problems in operation,so as to effectively control the corrosion rate of storage tank,ensure the safe and long-term operation of sulphuric acid storage tank.
